Proof from real campaigns

Results from our boiler and heating builds

These are real results from HVAC and boiler sites we built, each named and linked. They show what large, data-led page sets can do, and they are evidence of a method, not a forecast for your site.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Our evidence comes from boiler and heating websites we built ourselves, each named and linked so you can open it and judge the pages. The headline is BoilerPart.ca: 2,000+ programmatic pages and 180% organic traffic growth. The others show what deep content, real city coverage and focused topics added. None of it is a promise about your site.

BoilerPart.ca: a 2,000-page parts engine

BoilerPart.ca is our reference programmatic build: 2,000+ programmatic pages and 180% organic traffic growth.

What it shows is that a boiler parts catalogue can be indexed and found at scale when each page is about one specific thing. Searches for boiler parts are often exact, a part number or a model plus a component, so a page per part matches how people actually look.

What transfers to your site:

  • One entity per page. Each page is about one part, not a category with the part name swapped in.
  • Data before design. The catalogue had to be cleaned before it was published; that is the work behind our boiler dataset building service.
  • Linking that follows the trade. Parts connect to the models they fit, which gives readers and crawlers a logical path.

What may not transfer: if your catalogue is a few dozen items, a 2,000-page structure is the wrong shape for your business.

HeatLand: depth at volume

Over its build, HeatLand put 850+ SEO articles online, and leads rose 300% in 6 months.

This is the counterweight to the parts engine. Programmatic pages answer exact questions; written articles answer the broader ones that come first, such as whether to repair or replace, or how a combi compares with a system boiler. A large catalogue with no explanatory content around it gives people nowhere to start.

The lesson for a programmatic project is to plan the written layer alongside the generated one. Our page system templates leave room for written sections for exactly this reason.

GasBoilers.ca: city coverage with substance

GasBoilers.ca was built as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. Its coverage reaches 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

This is our clearest example of multi-city coverage done as a real division rather than a doorway set. Coverage was organised around the communities the division actually serves, under a brand dedicated to one kind of work. That is what a multi-city hub needs: genuine service in each place, and pages that show it.

CombiBoiler.ca: one topic, owned

Built around one product category, CombiBoiler.ca earned 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords, 300+ monthly leads and 300% ROI.

The lesson is focus. A site built around one boiler category can cover every related question in depth, and those 500+ rankings come from many specific pages rather than one broad one. For a programmatic plan, it argues for starting with the category where your data and expertise are deepest.

Roma Heating & Cooling: growth from a standing start

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

This is a general HVAC result rather than a boiler-specific one, and we include it for one reason: it shows how much a contractor's existing site can grow when structure and content are fixed, before any programmatic layer is added. Many clients should do that groundwork first.

What these results do and don't prove

They prove that data-led heating sites, large and small, can grow in search. They don't prove that your site will grow by any particular amount, and we won't suggest otherwise.

Result Most relevant to
BoilerPart.ca Parts sellers, distributors, large catalogues
HeatLand Any build that needs a written layer
GasBoilers.ca Installers covering several communities
CombiBoiler.ca Firms focused on one boiler category
Roma Heating & Cooling Contractors fixing their base site first

Frequently asked questions

Are these your clients or your own sites?

They are sites Ali Sedighi built as part of a portfolio of 150+ live HVAC websites. The full set of case studies is published on hvac.agency/case-studies.

Will my site get the same numbers?

Not necessarily, and nobody can promise it. Your data, competition and starting point are different. What transfers is the method, and the habit of measuring each page type separately.

Why do you lead with BoilerPart.ca?

Because it is the closest match to this site's work: a programmatic page set for boiler parts. The other results add evidence on content depth, city coverage and conversion.

Can I see the pages myself?

Yes. Every result on this page links to a live site you can browse, so you can judge the page quality directly.
