You can reach Boiler.Network by phone, text or email, and consultations can also run by video call or in person: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. The phones are staffed Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. A senior strategist reads every message, and Ali Sedighi leads the planning on every project.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Choose the channel that suits you
Each channel works best for a different kind of first contact.
- Call when you want to talk it through. Ten minutes is usually enough to tell whether your data can support a page set, and what kind.
- Text when you're on a job or between calls. A short text is plenty to get things moving. A couple of lines about your business is enough, and we'll pick a time to talk.
- Email when you want to attach a sample: a few rows of a parts list, a page from a spec sheet, or a list of the towns you serve.
Whichever you pick, a real person answers, and the same strategist follows your project from the first reply.
What to include in your message
Specific details let us answer with something useful instead of more questions. Five points cover most of it:
- Your business: installer, service company, parts seller, distributor, or a mix.
- Where you work: the municipalities you serve regularly, and where your crews are based.
- What data you hold: for example, a parts catalogue, model notes, fault-code records, job tickets by town.
- Your current site: the address, and roughly how many pages it has.
- What prompted you: a traffic drop, a new division, an old agency's page farm, or a plan to sell parts online.
A template you can copy into a text or email:
"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We install and service boilers in [list of municipalities] and hold [type of data, e.g. a parts list of about X items]. Our site is [website]. We'd like to talk about [new page set / city pages / an audit]. You can reach me on [day and time]."
Please leave customer names, addresses and phone numbers out of any sample. We only need the equipment and job facts.
What happens next
After you get in touch, the process is short and predictable.
- We reply, usually within one business day, with a few questions or a suggested call time.
- A first call, about 30 minutes, where we look at what you hold and tell you plainly whether a programmatic build, city hubs or an audit is the right starting point, or none of them.
- The 7-day free trial, if you want to go further: a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, plus a count of the pages your data could support.
You decide after that. There is no lock-in, and the trial needs no credit card. Plans and website tiers are on our pricing page.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing so the first conversation is useful.
- We are not a contractor. We don't install, repair, service or sell boilers or parts, and we can't send a technician. If you're a homeowner with no heat, contact a licensed heating company near you.
- We work Canada-wide. All 10 provinces and 3 territories; our areas hub explains how each region shapes the work.
- Bring questions about risk. If you're worried about Google's rules on large page sets, ask. The scaled-content guide is a good primer before we talk.
- We'll tell you if you're not ready. Sometimes the right answer is to fix your base site first, and we'll say so.
Common questions about contracts, ownership and reporting are covered on the FAQ page. Otherwise, call, text or email, and you'll talk to a senior strategist.
Frequently asked questions
What's the fastest way to reach you?
A call during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. If we miss you, send a text; we usually reply within one business day, often sooner.
Should I send our parts list or job data?
A short sample is helpful: 20 to 50 rows is plenty for a first look. Leave out customer names and addresses; we don't need them.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Talking costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial on HVAC.Agency plans needs no credit card.
Do you work across time zones?
Yes. We're on Pacific time and work with boiler companies from Newfoundland to Yukon. Mention your time zone and we'll suggest call times that suit you.
