Boiler.Network is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service that builds programmatic content and multi-city hubs for boiler and hydronic heating companies. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are not a contractor: we never install, repair or service equipment, and we don't sell parts.
Why this brand exists
Boiler.Network exists because boiler businesses keep publishing too little of what they know, or too much of what they don't. Both mistakes cost them search visibility.
On one side are installers and parts sellers with years of model data, compatibility notes and job records sitting in spreadsheets and filing cabinets. On the other are companies that paid for hundreds of identical town pages and are now wondering why traffic fell. The same discipline fixes both: publish a page only when the data behind it is real and specific.
That discipline came from building it ourselves. BoilerPart.ca, with its 2,000+ programmatic pages, is the build we learned the most from, and the lessons are written up across our guides.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads every Boiler.Network engagement. His credential is an MBA in Technology Management. His 17+ years in the field began in 2007, the year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency.
He has since founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and now lives and works in Vancouver.
In heating specifically, Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites. The boiler-related ones include CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, BoilerPart.ca, vancouverboilers.ca, burnabyboiler.ca, emergencyboiler.ca and boiler-maintenance.ca. More of his background is on his Sedighi.ca profile and the HVAC.Agency about page.
The group behind us
Boiler.Network belongs to a small, clearly structured group, and you'll always know which company you are dealing with.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali's own growth, marketing and technology consulting company. HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca are among its brands, and Boiler.Network sits in the HVAC.Agency family.
- SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the Canadian firm Ali founded for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration work. Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
Our plans follow HVAC.Agency's published pricing, and our pricing page sets them out with GST/HST by province.
How we work
We work from your data outward, and we put our reasoning in writing. Four habits shape every project.
- Count before building. The first deliverable is a count: how many pages your data can honestly support, by type. That number is often smaller than clients expect, and it is the most useful figure we give you.
- Write the pass mark down. Every page type gets a written minimum of unique fields. Nobody publishes around it to hit a target.
- Release in stages. A first batch of a few hundred pages, watched for two or three months, before the next. Large launches hide which template is failing.
- Report per page type. Indexed share, impressions, clicks and calls for each type, so you can see what earns its place and what should be removed.
We also say no. We won't build town pages for towns you don't serve, copy manufacturer or competitor text onto your pages, or write error-code pages that walk homeowners through gas-side repairs. Our templates stop at safe checks and point people to a licensed technician.
What we won't claim
We don't promise rankings, traffic or leads, and we treat anyone who does with suspicion. Google decides how it treats a page set, and its spam policies look at patterns across many pages, not just one.
What we can offer is evidence from our own HVAC builds, named and linked on the results page, and a monthly report that is honest about which pages work. Questions about contracts, ownership and timelines are answered on the FAQ page. To start a conversation, call, text or email; you'll reach Ali or a senior strategist directly.
