Monthly plans

Monthly plans cover the ongoing work: content, data upkeep, indexing reviews, ads and reporting. Programmatic and hub work is delivered inside these plans rather than billed per page.

Plan Price Includes
Starter $2,998/month A website with SEO service pages; local SEO and your Google Business Profile; a basic setup of Google and Meta ads; hosting, maintenance and a monthly report
Growth $4,498/month The Starter scope, with advanced SEO and content added, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation, and reports every week
Elite $8,998/month The Growth scope, plus video marketing and PR outreach, your own dedicated account manager, a real-time dashboard, a strategy call each month and custom reports

For programmatic work, Growth is the usual starting point because it includes the advanced SEO and content capacity a page system needs. Starter suits installers whose main need is a handful of strong city hubs.

Website builds

Website builds are one-time, with a monthly hosting and care fee.

Website Price Scope
Essential $3,500 one-time Custom build, 5–7 pages, live within 2–3 weeks; afterwards $149/month covers hosting and upkeep
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10–15 pages, delivered in 3–4 weeks; hosting, maintenance and CRO then run $249/month
Enterprise $12,500 one-time The tier for catalogues: unlimited pages and locations, live within 4–6 weeks, then $449/month for full management

A programmatic catalogue of hundreds or thousands of pages needs the Enterprise tier, because it is the only one built for unlimited pages and locations.

What drives the cost of a programmatic build

The page count is not the main cost driver. The state of your data is.

  • Data condition. Clean supplier files with compatibility data take far less work than scanned PDFs and handwritten job notes. See boiler dataset building.
  • Number of page types. Each type needs its own template, pass mark and review. Launching one type costs less than launching four.
  • Written layer. Guides and explanatory sections are written by people, and they take time.
  • Existing problems. A site with hundreds of thin pages needs a risk audit before anything new is added.
  • Language. Quebec-facing pages must be available in French, which adds translation and review.

A worked example

Here is how one realistic project might add up, using published prices only.

A boiler parts seller with a clean catalogue wants a new site and a first batch of part pages. They choose the Enterprise website at $12,500 one-time plus $449/month, and the Growth plan at $4,498/month for content, indexing reviews and ads.

  • First-year one-time cost: $12,500
  • First-year monthly costs: ($4,498 + $449) × 12 = $59,364
  • Total before tax: $71,864
  • 5% GST (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, territories): $3,593.20
  • Total with 5% GST: $75,457.20

Whether that pays back depends on your margins. If an average parts order earns you $120 in gross profit, the site would need about 630 orders over the year to cover that cost with 5% GST. Our build economics guide shows how to run this sum on your own numbers before you commit.

How to choose

Pick the smallest setup that matches your data, not your ambitions.

  1. Installer, a few towns, simple site: Essential or Professional website, Starter plan.
  2. Installer, many towns, good job records: Professional website, Growth plan.
  3. Parts seller or large model library: Enterprise website, Growth plan.
  4. Large catalogue plus video and PR: Enterprise website, Elite plan.

If you're not sure, use the 7-day free trial. Call, text or email and tell us what data you hold; the answer usually points to one row above. The FAQ covers contracts and ownership in more detail.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate fee for programmatic pages?

No per-page fee. Page systems, datasets and city hubs are delivered inside a monthly plan or alongside a website build. What changes with size is the plan and the website tier you need.

What does the 7-day free trial include?

Four checks: we audit your digital marketing, test how your website performs, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against competitors. No credit card is needed. For programmatic projects we add an estimate of how many pages your data could support.

Are there long contracts?

No lock-in. You can stop a plan without a long-term commitment, and you keep the website, the dataset and the accounts.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add the GST or HST that applies in their province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Which website tier suits a large catalogue?

Enterprise, because it covers unlimited pages and locations. Essential and Professional suit installers whose page count stays in the dozens.
